a clearer public opinion poll would be hard to find. there were plenty of bikes on the Pier on this particular evening, and quite a few locked here and there. besides being a poor design, this rack is once again located too far from the snack bars and restaurants. the only bike left here is an old junker that's not even chained to the rack.
