These beads are made from my favourite glass of all time, Mother of Pearl (similar to the "shampoo glass" sold by FrozenFyre, but this is COE 104 and plays well with others). This is the "topaz" or "amber" colour, which looks like good raw honey. These were made with hammer-shattered frit, and they suffer from some impurities (from contamination of that batch of frit). Also one of the beads deformed slightly during encasing (my own stupid fault for getting it too warm). The effect is less sparkly than on black -- they look like some kind of rich candy, coated with coarse sugar. If you ever feel compelled to make a glass pretzel with realistic salt, CZ ought to do the trick.
