Sad Fish

Just because the first two attempts were hideous, why be discouraged? I tried again and made even weirder fish. The background is a little better, less crowded and cluttered, and I restrained myself a bit as far as the foreground weeds. But that fish looks like no fish ever seen in nature.

The real problem is that I can't really see where the edges of the large dot are, the one I'm making a fish out of. I therefore can't tell exactly where to put the rake, and the result is messy around the edges. Not sure what to do.
