Maybe I shouldn't call these "raku" but they have that smoky reduction/metallic sheen. They are all overcooked pixied dust, which is anywhere along the way to graying out. It has totally lost colouration in the upper right and lower left. The others are somewhere along that progression. The lower right is encased, and as usual you can see my encasing scars -- but I gave the bead a twist and called it a design feature :-) although not flashy, this bead has a really nice texture just under the clear surface, a sober gunmetal iridescence.
