This is a marble made with the Mother of Pearl cane from C and R Loo. I love this cane, and I love the way it behaved as a marble. On my last order they sold me some butt ends so thick that it will be very challenging to use them in beads. But they are pretty good for melting huge marble globs -- pre-heated of course, because cane almost 1/2 in thick explodes rather forcefully! Look at the magical gloss on the surface of this puppy, and the shimmer of the mother of pearl effect. The camera has darkened the blue as usual, it is actually a powdery lavender-blue.
