Oh no, the Trash Marble. This one has fairly good roundness but bad surface and lousy overall aesthetics. Poor thing. It started out with a clear core, then transparent green over that. It was still too small for the mold so I decided to add some surface decoration. I put some opaque stringer stripes on it and then decided to rake them. Big mistake. The original stripes were too coarse, and the raked version -- which when hot I thought would look kinda cool, like bird wings -- ended up looking like the trash at the end of an over-decorated party -- crepe paper streamers all twisted and smashed. It's depressing, but the green is very pretty. You can see the bad surface in the flash reflection.
